Qualifications
* Extensive dance knowledge and experience in given style(s).
* Positive, motivating teaching style. Commitment to bettering your student’s lives.
* Available to work flexible hours with notice, that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays. The schedule is initially flexible to meet needs if viable, then solidifies for the season.

Responsibilities
* Interact professionally with children and parents.
* Teach quality lessons, adhere to curriculum, maintain safety as a top priority.
* Provide information to students and parents about important dates and supplies.
* Various other tasks around the studio.
* Maintain personal dance training
* Meet store/studio operating policies and standards, including providing quality customer service, cash handling, store safety, and security.
* Engage with and understand our customers through clear and pleasant communication.
* Comply with a dress code that requires clean, intact, appropriate, dance attire.
* Have appropriate transportation to and from work.
* Commit to an entire dance season and give adequate notice (6 months) before vacating the position, in addition to assisting with the training of a suitable replacement.
* Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Rate of Pay: Determined by experience. Starting $12/hr
