The Peoria Ballet is calling for all ballet, jazz, modern, tap, and creative movement teachers to submit resumes/CVs for potential future employment. A strong Vaganova base for ballet is preferred. Giordano, Fosse and competition jazz styles are preferred for jazz. Classic Broadway tap and hoofing are preferred styles for tap. Strong Horton, Graham and Limon knowledge is preferred for modern. Peoria Ballet is a non-profit company celebrating forty-eight years of providing the finest in dance performance and dance education to Central Illinois. Instruction includes over 50 classes per week in classical ballet, modern, jazz, and tap to more than 200 students ranging in age from three to adult.

Ballroom and Latin Instructor position is available.
Can be single or couple but need to be able to teach solo.
May have partnering opportunities with other studio instructors as well.
Needs to be familiar with American style rhythm and smooth, preferably at least Rumba, Waltz, Salsa, Swing, and Chacha
