QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
Education, Experience and Certifications:
• Current group exercise instructor certification from ACE, AFAA or other nationally accredited specialty class certification required.
• AED/CPR/First Aid certifications required.
• Must have 1-2 years experience teaching hip hop classes in a group exercise setting.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, including the ability to motivate others.
• Must be available to teach in the evenings.

We are a growing dance school seeking experienced and entry level dance teachers for the 2014-15 dance season. Classes are offered for students ages 12 months to adult at a beginning to pre-professional level. Applicants should be proficient in one or more of the following dance styles: ballet, pointe, jazz, tap, modern or lyrical. Yoga, Pilates or ballroom dancing is a plus. Teachers will be required to choreograph and must feel comfortable setting choreography.

Additional qualifications are a strong focus on technique, good organization and communication skills. Weekday evening and Saturday morning/afternoon hours are available.

An established dance studio is seeking an experienced dance instructor specializing in Hip Hop. The right instructor will be energetic, outgoing and motivational to students. We are looking for someone who is creative and stays up-to-date with this genre. Evening and/or weekend classes. Compensation will be based on experience.

ConfiDance Ballroom Academy is a one-of-a-kind ballroom program. We focus on Ballroom dance lessons as many other studios do. In addition, we are one of a few schools that has a proven Ballroom Teacher Certification vocational program to train anyone to be a ballroom dancer.

We are looking for a female instructor. Candidate will have at least a knowledge of Bronze-level ballroom dance figures. Experience preferred but not necessary. Candidate will start as with student-level instruction. Advancement to Master Instructor of Certification program is possible.
