Applicants must be highly competent instructing ages eight to adult in all disciplines including but not limited to, Jazz, Hip Hop, Tap, Lyrical, Musical Theatre, and with strong foundation in ballet technique. Looking for a modern dance teacher for beginner classes for ages 9 - 12 and ages 13 - 15. The school is ballet based and is adding modern dance to its curriculum for the 2021 - 2022 year. Would like to offer some classes over the summer to introduce modern dance to the students. Would prefer a dancer familiar with modern dance technique like Horton or Graham. Must have experience teaching. Would like someone who can teach Contemporary and Lyrical dance as our program grows. Salary based on education and experience.

An experienced acro teacher wanted to help grow a thriving acro program in Schuylkill Haven, PA. We are commutable from Berks, Lehigh, Lebanon, Carbon, Dauphin, Northumberland, and Columbia counties. 20+ hours a week available, competitive hourly pay.

Resources available to increase the offerings in our Acro program - equipment, certification, and curriculum will be provided by Artists in Motion to help this valued part of our school grow.

Certified acro teacher with a minimum of 2 years of experience preferred. Non-certified teacher considered - we will provide the route to become certified. Department of Human Services Child Abuse History Clearance required.

Acro teachers who are experienced dancers may be offered the opportunity to teach other styles.
