We teach our ballet classes using the Sonshine Christian Ballet Syllabus and are transitioning to use the American Ballet Theatre in the coming years. We are looking for an instructor that would be able to adapt to the syllabus and work with grades 3 & up. Currently, we offer ballet through grade 7. Tap experience, jazz, modern, and/or pointe is also a plus, but not required.

Looking for a enthusiastic, creative dance teacher for ballet, contemporary, lyrical and modern dance. Also a studio manager with putting on the year end performance and/or running a competitive dance team.

Auditions are being held at Kings Dominion March 23rd. Registration for Musicians, Singers and Specialty acts begins at 1pm. Dancers are at 3pm. Please apply online before coming in and bring any resumes and head shots.

Dance Matrix LTD, is a modern dance performing company of adult dancers (18-40) performing original works, performing and touring the DC metro area. Based in Fredericksburg, VA. We rehearse on Sunday evenings from 6-9pm, with occasional extra rehearsal times close to performance dates. We are a co-op company, which means we share the revenues for paid performances. There is no pay, and no fee, for classes and rehearsals. Opportunities for dancers to choreograph are also available after the first year of participation. Looking for dancers with advanced / professional level technique in modern, contemporary and ballet styles.
We are presently holding auditions for our 2014-15 company. We will be starting a new Dance theater piece called LONG WAY HOME. this is an evening long work about the inner and outer feelings in war. We are slated for completion for the Summer 2015 DC Fringe Festival. Other performance venues along the way, of excerpts, and other pieces to be announced.

Looking for a Hip Hop instructor for all ages for the summer, and upcoming dance year, Sept-June. Opportunity to choreograph Hip Hop team pieces for our Dance Team as well. Teaching experience preferred. We teach multiple styles at FBC and offer over 80 classes, so possibility for additional classes and subbing opportunities.
