Dance Matrix LTD, is a modern dance performing company of adult dancers (18-40) performing original works, performing and touring the DC metro area. Based in Fredericksburg, VA. We rehearse on Sunday evenings from 6-9pm, with occasional extra rehearsal times close to performance dates. We are a co-op company, which means we share the revenues for paid performances. There is no pay, and no fee, for classes and rehearsals. Opportunities for dancers to choreograph are also available after the first year of participation. We are presently holding auditions for our 2014-15 company. We will be starting a new Dance theater piece called LONG WAY HOME. this is an evening long work about the inner and outer feelings in war.
