We are looking for a dynamic and passionate female dance professional to join their team as a Ballet / Pole instructor in Dubai, UAE, on a 2 year contract.

About The Studio
Our studio is one of the largest dance schools in Dubai offering a wide range of dance classes to students of all ages and levels. Programs include ballet, contemporary, hip hop, break dance, salsa, tango, belly dance, Zumba, musical theatre and many more. The faculty consists of world class instructors dedicated to quality instruction and fostering growth in their students.

Job Summary
• Teaching ballet to kids, youth and adults
• Teaching pole to adults
• Teaching or covering other dance classes (if applicable).
• Planning weekly classes and term outlines.
• Developing a curriculum.
• Choreographing and preparing students for shows.
• Performing at special events.

Key Qualifications
• Be at least 22 years of age.
• Have a minimum of 3-5 years experience working in a dance studio, with a minimum of 3 years instructing ballet and pole.
• Having experience in other dance forms is a plus.
• Have experience working with children.
• Have the ability to develop a curriculum and choreograph original dance routines.
• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Have an understanding and sensitivity to different cultures.
• Show initiative and resourcefulness.
• Demonstrate a professional attitude at all times, especially being on time.
• Have a passion for dance and the ability to share it with others.
