Under general direction, is responsible for performing recreational work, organizing, and leading participants engaged in recreational activities sponsored by the City. May exercise functional supervision over assigned staff.

Essential Job Functions

Job Requirements

Knowledge of trends in the fitness field. Fitness certifications/licenses.
Experience teaching Zumba, Zumba Gold, Zumba Kids, Aqua Zumba, or similar.

Small start-up dance choreography and event planning business in need of a Part-Time Assistant Dance Choreographer.

We teach dance choreography to teens participating in Quinceañeras, Sweet Fifteens, Sweet Sixteens, Bah Mitzvahs, Cotillions and Debutantes in Austin, TX and the surrounding suburbs.

Must be willing to work well with teens and have some dance experience in any genre. Experience as a dance instructor or choreographer a HUGE plus but would train the right individual.
