They must be reliable and able to have an open mindset and willing to challenge themselves. Salary in in the region of 250,000-300,000 RMB per year after tax, plus accommodation, all visas and one economy return flight will be included in addition. Renowed Music and Dance Training school in Shenzhen China is looking for ballet teachers.
Qualification:
1．Bachelor’s degree or above from an internationally recognized dance art college, or equivalent certificate. Lead performer of an internationally renowned ballet group, ISTD (CBTS) or RAD certification will definitely be an advantage.
2. Two years of teaching experience.
3. Preferably with psychological training or education training.
4. We are looking for creative, committed, professional dance teachers with excellent teaching technique and communication skills.
5. Preferably English native speakers. Candidate with basic Mandarin will definitely have a big advantage.

As part of our mission to promote and develop performing arts in the region, we are now seeking experienced ballet teachers to teach in our partnership schools in Shenzhen. Candidates will be expected to teach in English and have a good knowledge of the RAD syllabi. The contract will start Nov 2020 and be ongoing. Classes run Mon – Fri afternoons. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, technical, disciplined and creative. They must also love working with children and teenagers of all levels and have the ability to inspire them and help them develop as dancers.
