As a pre-professional ballet teacher, you will be responsible for instructing and guiding students in a variety of levels including intermediate to advanced. Your primary focus will be on preparing these students for potential careers in professional ballet by providing rigorous and comprehensive dance education. You will be expected to create a positive and inspiring learning environment while fostering discipline, technique, and artistic expression.

Instruction: Provide high-quality ballet instruction to students at intermediate and advanced levels.
Technique Training: Focus on refining and advancing students' technical skills, including posture, alignment, flexibility, and strength.
Choreography: Create and teach choreography suitable for pre-professional performances, competitions, or auditions.
Artistic Development: Guide students in developing artistic expression, musicality, and performance quality.
Individualized Feedback: Offer constructive feedback to students, addressing both strengths and areas for improvement.
Repertoire: Introduce students to a variety of classical and contemporary ballet repertoire.
Preparation for Auditions: Assist students in preparing for auditions with professional ballet companies or dance institutions.
Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other dance faculty, staff, and administrators to ensure a well-rounded dance education.
Professional Development: Stay informed about current trends and developments in ballet education and attend workshops or conferences to enhance teaching skills.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Dance or related field.
Extensive experience as a professional ballet dancer.
