Established Dance Studio in Central Ohio is hiring dance instructors to teach all levels of Ballet,pointe,modern,jazz,tap and musical theatre. Must have a positive attitude and be dedicated to inspiring the students to learn the art forms of dance. Possibility of working with our youth dance company as an assistiant director. Degree in dance perferred.

THE AUDITION:
Dancers should bring a resume and headshot. Dancers should come prepared to take a ballet class, a modern class, and a jazz/hip hop class. Dancers will also be given repertory to learn at the audition.

Contracts are available for the 2013-2014 season.

We are a growing dance school seeking experienced and entry level dance teachers for the 2014-15 dance season. Classes are offered for students ages 12 months to adult at a beginning to pre-professional level. Applicants should be proficient in one or more of the following dance styles: ballet, pointe, jazz, tap, modern or lyrical. Yoga, Pilates or ballroom dancing is a plus. Teachers will be required to choreograph and must feel comfortable setting choreography.

Additional qualifications are a strong focus on technique, good organization and communication skills. We are a Christian based program so teachers should be comfortable working in a Christian environment. Benefits may be available and will be discussed at the interview. Weekday evening and Saturday morning/afternoon hours are available.

Looking for a dance teacher to teach hip hop classes for students between the age of 6-16. Students experience is beginner to intermediate skill level and ready for a challenge. Choreography must be age appropriate and family acceptable. Classes offered are an all boys class and all girls class. Trying to build up the hip hop classes at our recreational dance studio, no competition participation.

Classes currently arranged for Thursday nights but can be moved to better accommodate your schedule. Season runs from August 29 - June 4,2017. Must be employed the whole season. Staff meeting before season starts.

Opening for a Ballet Technique Teacher
Beginning one evening a week in August -May 2015-16 .
Emphasis Teaching technique classes to beginner and intermediate and advanced level dancers ages 7-18

HealthFitness has an opportunity for a part-time (1-2 hrs/wk) Hip Hop Instructor at our client site located in Dublin, OH. This position is responsible for providing fun, effective and safe group exercise to members participating in the program.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
Education, Experience and Certifications:
• Current group exercise instructor certification from ACE, AFAA or other nationally accredited specialty class certification required.
• AED/CPR/First Aid certifications required.
• Must have 1-2 years experience teaching hip hop classes in a group exercise setting.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, including the ability to motivate others.
• Must be available to teach in the evenings.
